Depression
St. Augustine said, “Our deepest emotions often function like smoke from a fire.” If you see a giant cloud of smoke off in the distance, what do you assume? You assume that the smoke is coming from a fire. That is exactly what our emotions can show us. On the surface, they may seem like smoke. But, under the surface, those emotions are often indicators of a more severe problem. This series will help us see how the Bible teaches us to read, express, and reshape our emotions.
